Cancellation and refunds

Our cancellation policy

• Up to 7 days before the first session: full refund, for any reason.
• Within 48 hours after session 1 ends: full refund if the course isn't what you need.
• Otherwise you can move your place to the next cohort, once, at no cost.
• If the cohort doesn't reach 6 participants, or we cancel it: full refund.

Team bookings follow the same rules for each seat. In-house training follows the terms in your proposal.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you book as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email; you can use the model form below.

If the course starts within those 14 days, you ask us at checkout to begin the service during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw after the course has started, we refund the price minus the share of sessions already delivered. Once the full course has been delivered, the right of withdrawal ends.

Wherever our cancellation policy above gives you more, it applies instead.
